4 - Use Photoshop, Paint, or similar to put it all together

Prioritizing is important.
As much as I adore any and all hand-wound-related scenes from 7.02, this one busted up a persistent bit of headcanon I had about Dean’s tidy, perfect, experienced stitches. Because that is some Frankenstein looking work, right there.
